1. The email signature is attached in a folder. Please keep this folder in a place on your computer where it will remain at all times. The folder should have 2 files inside it.
2. Open Windows Mail (Your Email Program)
3. Select Tools | Options... from the menu in Windows Mail or Outlook Express
4. Go to the Signatures tab.
5. Click New.
6. Make sure File is selected under Edit Signature.
7. Use the Browse... button to open the "signature.html" file in the folder that is attached.
8. Click OK.
9. Test your new signature by writing a new email.
If your logo does not appear on the new message signature do the following:
1. Right Click on the Image with the red cross in the top left corner.
2. Select Properties
3. Click Browse for picture source and point to the prioritycall-logo.jpg file in the attached folder that you saved to your computer.
